We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Product Owner (she/he), who will take ownership of the development and enhancement of products within the mortgage domain.   Offered salary: • From 900 to 1100 PLN net + VAT / day / B2B, depending on experience and competences   You’re ideal for this role if you have: • Experience as Product Owner or in a similar role within the financial or mortgage domain • Strong understanding of mortgage processes, regulations and risk • Excellent prioritization skills and strategic thinking • Analytical mindset and BI fundamentals • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders • Technical awareness of system architecture and software development processes • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with development teams   Your day-to-day responsibilities include:​ • Build and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs • Develop product roadmaps and manage delivery in an Agile environment • Work closely with cross‑functional teams: IT, sales, risk, compliance, operations • Understand mortgage processes, regulations and risk aspects • Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and drive decisions based on insights • Ensure end‑to‑end product perspective aligned with customer experience • Collaborate with architects and understand high-level system interactions   Our recruitment process Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.   Need more information?
