Summary: The role is focused on coordinating the migration of a department's IT processes. The primary goal is to ensure smooth operational continuity during the transition while integrating IT systems. What we offer: Rate: 30-35 euro/H + VAT Type of contract: B2B Contract Type of work: Fully remote Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate the migration of departmental IT processes following the acquisition. • Ensure a smooth transition to the new internal processes, standards, and ways of working. • Oversee the integration of IT systems while maintaining operational continuity. • Support IT transformation activities in the U.S. operational environment. • Independently drive project activities with minimal onboarding or supervision. • Manage and align nearshore project teams involved in the migration. • Ensure project execution is aligned with internal structures, processes, and organizational requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment across European and U.S. time zones. • Identify project risks and take actions to minimize operational disruption during the transition. • Support project-related activities connected to HR processes, PLM processes, and network integration where relevant. Key Requirements: • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in IT migration or transformation projects. • Fluent in German (B2+/C1) and English (B2+/C1) • Strong understanding of internal processes, structures, and governance in large international organizations. • Ability to start independently and deliver results with minimal onboarding or coaching. • Experience managing and coordinating nearshore or distributed project teams. • Solid background in IT system integration and maintaining operational continuity during transitions. • Strong stakeholder management skills in international and cross-functional environments. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with HR processes and PLM processes. • Knowledge of the IT landscape relevant to the role. • Network integration experience.
