Program Data Manager[M/F]

O projekcie: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a solid background in Data Engineering to drive client onboarding, oversee end-to-end program delivery, and ensure effective governance across multiple data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of data engineering principles with proven experience in stakeholder management, reporting, and delivery execution. Wymagania: - 10 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within data engineering or data platform initiatives - Solid understanding of data ecosystems, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, cloud-based platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and data modeling concepts - Experience collaborating with UK or European clients, preferably within nearshore or hybrid delivery setups - Demonstrated experience in client onboarding, requirements discovery, and overseeing end-to-end delivery processes - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present information to different audiences - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar - Ability to create and deliver clear status updates, reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries Nice to Have - Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or cloud-related credentials (Azure, GCP, AWS) - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments - Exposure to data-driven products, analytics platforms, or large-scale migration projects Codzienne zadania: - Lead complex data engineering initiatives across multiple parallel workstreams Take ownership of client onboarding processes, including planning, requirements gathering, and technical alignment - Oversee end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests - Prepare and maintain program dashboards, regular status reports, and executive updates - Ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to agreed timelines and SLAs - Act as the main point of contact for UK-based client stakeholders - Run regular status meetings, steering committees, and program reviews - Translate business requirements into clear, actionable plans for engineering teams - Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation actions - Provide guidance on data engineering topics such as architecture, pipelines, integrations, and data quality - Support validation of technical solutions during onboarding and delivery - Collaborate with engineering leads on feasibility, estimations, and roadmap alignment - Coordinate cross-functional teams across nearshore and offshore locations - Support resource planning, onboarding, and team ramp-up - Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement
