What you will be doing:
• Driving a complex, multi-team enterprise program in close alignment with Project Managers, technical leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Overseeing the end-to-end roadmap, schedule of core project milestones, and timely release delivery.
• Ensuring full transparency of delivery status and progress to both the client and executive program leadership.
• Monitoring program budgets, project profitability, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Identifying risks, turning around at-risk delivery, and resolving external blockers.
• Assessing and processing Change Requests while establishing clear escalation thresholds and protocols.
What we expect from candidates:
• Proven track record of at least 10 years of experience as a Program Delivery Manager or Program Lead leading multi-team, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise in project financial management (P&L, budget, and profitability).
• Strong background in fostering strategic partnerships with corporate clients and managing both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strategic understanding of SDLC processes, integration architecture, CI/CD pipelines, QA/testing, and incident management.
• A high-level leadership mindset focused on delivery governance rather than micro-management.
• Full professional proficiency in English (min. C1 spoken and written).
• Availability until 6:00 PM CET/CEST to ensure seamless overlap and collaboration with US-based clients.
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem and Microsoft Azure, as well as working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Planview for delivery analytics.
