Program Manager 📌 We are looking for a Program Manager on behalf of our client, a well-known and fast-growing technology company offering a stable, long-term project in a modern environment. • Contract: B2B • Remote from Poland 📍 Competencies • Lead client engagements by conducting comprehensive needs assessments, product demonstrations, and strategy workshops to ensure successful adoption to customer solutions. • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, providing thought leadership on best practices and industry trends to clients and internal teams. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to influence product roadmap and enhancements based on client feedback. • Design and deliver tailored training programs to empower clients in effectively utilizing our products, maximizing their return on investment. • Measure and report on client satisfaction and product utilization, proactively addressing any challenges to ensure long-term success. Required • 5 years of experience in product consulting, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record in client engagement and satisfaction. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations to diverse audiences. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
