Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities: • Lead and govern a large-scale program consisting of 8+ teams within a 100+ FTE structure. • Act as the main point of contact for key client stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, progress reporting, and alignment with agreed objectives. • Oversee the development and maintenance of Customer Engagement Solution Layers based on Adobe Experience Manager platforms (on-premise and cloud). • Manage program growth and oversee migrations of features and products from deprecated platforms to target solutions planned for 2026 and beyond. • Implement professional delivery optimization initiatives to continuously improve program efficiency, quality, and predictability. • Navigate ambiguity by creating clarity, structure, and direction in complex and evolving environments. • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with demanding stakeholders while keeping delivery on track. • Coach and oversee mid-level management, taking full accountability for all areas of the program. • Operate within a SAFe-based delivery structure, adapting it pragmatically to real-world constraints. We are looking for you, if you have: • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale programs based on Adobe Experience Manager. • Deep understanding of SAFe and agile delivery in complex, large organizations. • Strong track record in stakeholder management, particularly with demanding and senior clients. • Ability and motivation to introduce delivery optimizations, improve pipelines, define action plans, and report measurable results. • Excellent communication skills and strong cultural awareness, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment. • A proactive, accountable mindset with the ability to lead through scale, complexity, and change.
