Opis stanowiska
Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT4IT programmes to ensure structured delivery aligned with governance processes.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support planning and execution across multiple IT programmes.
• Monitor programme progress against plans, timelines, and priorities.
• Prepare governance materials and management reporting.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation actions.
• Coordinate with IT delivery teams to ensure compliance with the end-to-end delivery methodology and quality gates.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years' experience in programme or project management.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance.
Nice to Have:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification advantageous.
• ServiceNow SPM experience preferred.

• QIA Reference Level: Level 3
