Industry: Healthcare / Consumer HealthArea: Cybersecurity Rate: 35-45 euro/h on b2b Start: ASAP Location: Hybrid form Warsaw Position Overview Support the delivery of global cybersecurity programs by serving as the operational partner to a Program Lead. This role owns day-to-day program coordination (planning cadence, governance, and delivery follow-through), enables cross-functional execution across engineering, product, platform, and business teams, and ensures stakeholders have timely visibility through structured reporting and well-maintained documentation. Key Responsibilities • Own day-to-day program coordination for global cybersecurity initiatives, including integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverable follow-through. • Establish and run program cadence (planning sessions, weekly checkpoints, and stakeholder readouts); publish agendas and capture decisions and action items. • Maintain RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and decision records; drive owners to closure and escalate blockers as needed. • Prepare concise, executive-ready status updates and dashboards (where available), highlighting progress, key decisions, upcoming milestones, and critical risks/dependencies. • Maintain program documentation, including objectives, scope, governance artifacts, meeting notes, templates, and outcomes; ensure materials are current and accessible. • Support continuous improvement of Agile/DevOps/BizDevOps delivery practices and change communications by identifying process gaps and coordinating remediation actions. • Conduct stakeholder workshops as needed to develop process maps, brainstorm solutions, or identify and address root causes of program blockers, with clear objectives for each session. Key Requirements • Experience in program or project coordination, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and driving closure across multiple stakeholders. • Working knowledge of Agile delivery and/or DevOps operating models in IT, platform, or cybersecurity environments. • Demonstrated stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare materials for senior leaders. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to produce clear documentation, meeting notes, and action tracking. • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization across multiple time zones. • Technical Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using work management tools to track work (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar). • Technical Proficiency with digital whiteboards and facilitating meetings with digital whiteboards (Microsoft, Mural). Nice to Have • Experience supporting cybersecurity, IT, or platform programs and familiarity with common delivery and governance artifacts. • Technical Experience with building reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI) and/or collaboration/document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint). • Familiarity with OKR and roadmap tooling and/or AI-enabled productivity tools used for drafting, summarization, and analysis.
