O projekcie: Project Description We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic Enterprise Program Manager to lead the Social Media Strategic Positioning Initiative. Wymagania: - 5-6+ years of proven Enterprise Program/Project Management experience, specifically leading global technology evaluations, RFPs, and enterprise system migrations. - Strong familiarity with enterprise MarTech, digital platforms, and Social Media management technologies (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social). - Deep understanding of enterprise architectures, data flow mapping, and integrating SaaS platforms within a complex global IT ecosystem. - Exceptional ability to manage non-technical stakeholders, guiding teams through technical limitations while finding innovative, compliant solutions. - Deep expertise in building project timelines, governance frameworks, Agile methodologies, and data-driven evaluation models. Codzienne zadania: - Act as the primary liaison, translating complex marketing use cases into strict technical and architectural requirements. - Champion the team's standards during the RFP process, ensuring all prospective vendors meet rigorous criteria for data security, compliance, and integration readiness - Lead the technical evaluation phases of the RFP, overseeing sandbox testing, API reviews, and technical capabilities studies. - Establish and manage program governance, defining core/non-core team commitments and resolving conflicting priorities between business units - Partner with other teams to secure ongoing sponsorship, alignment, and executive sign-off at critical project milestones. - Facilitate decision-making forums with key stakeholders - Lead the end-to-end RFP process, from scope definition to market launch. - Coordinate vendor engagement, including trials, use-case demonstrations, and testing cohorts. - Develop and apply standardized scoring models to evaluate vendor responses based on business fit, technical agility, and long-term cost-efficiency. - Manage existing vendor transitions, specifically addressing current commitments. - Develop a robust, data-driven roadmap and master project plan for the in-house vs. external technology transition. - Ensure zero business disruption by managing "sustain mode" operations for the current Sprinklr environment while the RFP runs. - Plan and execute operational stabilization, user adoption rollouts, and the final platform go-live.
