If so, this role is for you! As a Cyber Education & Awareness Programme and Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of the Cyber Education & Awareness (E&A) function. We look forward to reviewing your profile 😊 Wymagania: Who we're looking for - Proven experience in delivery support, including managing multi-million-dollar budgets. - Strong planning abilities and knowledge of Agile planning methods (including PI planning). - Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple teams. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. - Experience in DevOps & Agile models and tools such as JIRA. - Knowledge of budgeting and accountancy principles.Experience in vendor engagement and procurement processes. Qualifications & Experience - 5+ years of delivery experience. - Programme/Project Management qualifications. - Certified practitioner in Scrum and/or Agile (desirable). Codzienne zadania: - Collaborate with the Global Head of Cyber Education & Awareness to plan and deliver shared services, processes, and platforms across four core teams. - Ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment of spend with forecasts, managing operational budgets effectively. - Identify and manage risks and issues against delivery plans, escalating appropriately. - Provide regular reporting on team and programme delivery for leadership and the Cyber Programme. - Coordinate personnel planning, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding processes. - Facilitate reporting, communication, and stakeholder management to provide meaningful insights into progress. - Drive adoption of Agile methods, lead PI planning sessions, and partner with leadership on execution. - Ensure alignment with the Cybersecurity Transformation Programme and other delivery partners. - Lead team-building and collaboration activities to foster a positive and productive environment. - Manage reward and recognition systems for the team.
