Project Assistant (PMO)

O projekcie: We're looking for Project Assistant (PMO) with experience of working in SAP-related projects Wymagania: - 5+ years of relevant experience - Project Management/PMO in large complex projects - Understanding of ERP / SAP, deliverables and the compliance needs/implications - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to understand the nature of risks and promote/support appropriate mitigations - Ability to work within a multicultural environment - Fluent in English (written/spoken) Codzienne zadania: - Tracking and Management of Project deliverables - The timely highlighting of issues and potential risks - Working with PMOs to establish a good working framework and to understand core dependencies across relevant disciplines. - Ensuring initiative updates and status reporting are clearly and regularly communicated across all relevant stakeholders groups. - Ensuring all members of the team are adequately onboarded/supported/coached in order that they are clear on reporting and project management
