We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the efficient scheduling and coordination of our support technicians, working closely with our customers, local electricians, and specialists from X-ray and intraoral scanner suppliers. This position offers the flexibility to work full remotely.

Wymagania:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Planning, scheduling, and managing multiple priorities effortlessly. You're a master of detail and follow-through.
- Strong Communication: You build rapport easily and can communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, from busy dentists to our field engineers and external partners.
- Fluent in German AND Italian or French: This is essential for communicating with our partners.
- Basic Tech Affinity: You're comfortable using digital tools and have a general interest in how technology works, even if you're not an IT expert.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You're proactive, anticipate challenges, and can react quickly and calmly to changing situations.
- Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or project support, ideally in an environment involving logistics or field teams, is a plus.

Codzienne zadania:
- Oversee the full installation process by efficiently scheduling field engineers and ensuring all preparations are in place for successful on-site setups.
- Act as the central communication hub, liaising with our valued customers, our installation teams, and various external partners (like local electricians) to align expectations and coordinate logistics.
- Proactively monitor schedules and plans, swiftly adapting to any changes or unforeseen circumstances to keep projects on track and ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize our digital scheduling system to manage appointments, track progress, and maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects from your remote workspace.
- Your diligent coordination directly contributes to high-quality installations, making a tangible difference in the efficiency and satisfaction of our dental clients.
