Project Delivery Manager (f/m)

Nasze wymagania:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, technical project coordination or customer-facing project roles.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello or similar.

Mile widziane:
PMP / PRINCE2 or other project management certification.
Experience in HVAC, thermal management, cooling solutions or data center infrastructure.
Experience in customer project delivery and vendor coordination.

Zakres obowiązków:
Lead customer-driven projects from order intake through production and delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and key milestones.
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
Own project communication and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and delays.
Facilitate technical discussions and support problem-solving activities.
Track project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Maintain project documentation, change requests and project records.
Build strong relationships with customers and support long-term partnerships.
