Wymagania:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification- Strong experience in IT project delivery (ideally in complex, multi-stream environments)- Solid understanding of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and resolve issues- Good understanding of business analysis / requirements engineering- Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Codzienne zadania:
- Lead day-to-day delivery across the project team and ensure alignment of all workstreams
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers
- Act as central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and reporting
- Drive quality of deliverables and ensure readiness for key milestones (e.g. PI objectives, releases)
- Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams
- Support backlog refinement and ensure clarity of requirements (in close alignment with PO/BA roles)
