Our client in the pension sector is looking for a Project Lead for their mature remediation project. Key responsibilities: • Project management • Plan and follow-up on project deliveries, milestones, and activities • Prepare Steering Committee presentations and proposals • Develop and drive project solutions in cooperation with the project team • Drive requirement specification of IT solutions • Cooperate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Actuary, Communication, Customer Service, Sales, and IT) • Manage project risks and ensure decision risk assessment • Report progress to program Project Management Office Must-have knowledge and experience: • Experienced project manager with well-equipped toolbox • Business development skills in an IT context • Experience with process creation and implementation • Excellent cooperation skills • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Experience working across multiple business functions • Experience working in Finance / Banking / Life & Pension (preferably pension or Life & Pension) • Fluent in Danish and English Nice-to have knowledge and experience: • Experience with defining and driving request for change (RFC) processes Start date: ASAP Duration: 4-6 months Location: Copenhagen
