Wymagania: - 3+ years of experience in IT program management on Salesforce or enterprise platform delivery. - Proficiency in tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. - Assertive approach to enforcing governance standards without blocking delivery. - Experience coordinating multi-vendor teams simultaneously. - Bilingual proficiency (FR/EN) is considered a plus. Codzienne zadania: - Track portfolio and programs, including RAID log, dependency mapping, and milestone management across workstreams and vendors. - Facilitate Agile governance, including sprint ceremonies, velocity tracking, and capacity planning. - Provide executive-ready status reporting, KPI tracking, and budget vs actuals synthesis. - Define and apply delivery standards and contribute to program governance frameworks. - Design proactive escalation paths and manage risks and issues across IT and business streams. - Monitor budget by tracking contractor days consumed versus allocated.
