Project Management Officer (PMO)

Wymagania: - Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. - Experience in PMO or project coordination roles. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Advanced Excel and reporting skills. - Experience with project management tools. - Fluent communication skills in English and Polish. - Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month. - Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon. Zakres obowiązków: - As part of the PMO, you provide structure, transparency, and governance support for Data & Analytics programs. You enable effective project control through standardized processes, reporting, and coordination. - Support project planning, reporting, and documentation. - Track KPIs, milestones, and budgets. - Standardize templates, processes, and reporting structures. - Prepare dashboards, reports, and decision documents. - Coordinate communication across projects and stakeholders.
