Wymagania: - At least 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Good command of English Nice to Have - Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI-ACP - Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes Codzienne zadania: - Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables - Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders - Monitor risks, budgets, and project progress - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
