Project Manager

Wymagania: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Product Owner (PM/PO) to drive telecom solution development by aligning technical capabilities with market needs and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, risk planning, and technical awareness. This role requires hands-on experience in delivering complex telecom solutions and is not splittable, meaning the candidate should have prior experience in both product and project management within similar domains. Key Responsibilities: Project & Product Vision: - Define and communicate clear product goals and project deliverables. - Align technical capabilities with business strategy and market needs. Agile & Lean Methodologies: - Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. - Prioritize features, backlog grooming, and ensure smooth sprint planning. Stakeholder Management & Communication: - Act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders. - Communicate complex concepts effectively and negotiate trade-offs. Risk Management & Planning: - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans. Technical Awareness: - Strong understanding of telecom solutions, operations, and requirements. - Familiarity with Linux, C++, Golang, Kubernetes, and messaging systems. - Understanding of deployment models (bare metal, cloud, containerized environments). - Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and VictoriaMetrics. Must-Have Qualifications: - Proven experience as a PM/PO in telecom or similar technical industries. - Strong background in Agile methodologies and backlog management. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively. - Hands-on experience in delivering telecom or infrastructure-based solutions. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Experience in high-performance telecom software development. - Knowledge of networking, cloud, and containerization technologies. - Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
