Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 3 years of end-to-end project management experience, preferably in organizational or compliance-related initiatives Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple organizational areas Understanding of compliance, risk management, or IT security topics Experience preparing project reporting and presenting status to governance bodies or senior stakeholders Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience working in structured project environments and governance models Ability to read and work with technical documentation in English Mile widziane: Experience in regulatory initiatives related to cybersecurity Experience working with regulatory documentation, audits, and regulatory implementations (e.g. DORA) Familiarity with NIS2 directive or KSC (National Cybersecurity System) O projekcie: Join NATEK as a Project Manager to integrate and strengthen our Project Management Team. The project focuses on adapting the organization to regulatory requirements and ensuring consistent execution across business and technology areas.
