Start date: ASAP End date: 2026-12-23 Location: On-site in Stockholm minimum 3 days a week Utilization: 100 %, full-time As our quest to democratize financial services continues at blazing speed, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Small/Medium Business (SMB) Project Management Office (PMO) team in Stockholm. Are you a highly motivated, customer-oriented problem solver? Do you create paths forward when others are stuck and adapt quickly to change? Then we want you on our team. As a Project Manager, you will: · Be responsible for a project or subset of features within a program to ensure the tasks and risks are properly identified and driven to completion. · Work closely with Product Manager, Product Development teams to execute and deliver projects aligning to product vision and project goals, objectives and timelines. Makes sure appropriate domain resources are engaged. · Partner closely with the commercial teams to align commercial activities with delivery timelines, without owning commercial delivery and work · Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of a release/project roadmap. Ensure all teams align with enterprise planning expectations. · Facilitate cross-functional forums to resolve product development blockers, ensuring smooth execution. · Create and manage clear Gating Criteria with business partners for Go/No-go decisions. · Drives resolution of project-level issues leveraging scrum-of-scrums as needed. · Monitors health of project delivery. Tracks project-level status, risks, issues and dependencies. Proactively addresses delivery team impediments. Resolves project-level roadblocks to enable successful project execution. The skills to succeed · Strong experience organizing multiple teams delivering product development initiatives using Agile Methodology. · Proven ability to operate in a highly matrixed, multi-location environment, collaborating across different products team, customer-facing, and technology teams · Good technical acumen and comfortable being the voice of the customer across the project delivery lifecycle. · Strong Jira skills to effectively manage projects and collaborate within a Jira-centric environment · Good knowledge of project management process, software tools, templates and techniques. · Successful experience in developing project level artifacts to support a major software implementation project with concurrent releases. · Strong organizational and communication skills across global teams and time zones · Good to have(not must) knowledge with legacy system migration transformation projects/programs The traits to exceed · A self-starter known for your “Can do” attitude and your inherent bias to action. · An energetic team player, quality minded, focused, committed and thriving in fast-paced and changing environments. · A high degree of professional confidence and credibility with strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to communicate technical concepts and plans with various project team and stakeholders. · A sharp business judgment, detail oriented yet able to always see the big picture. · Effective partnering and influencing skills within project team and stakeholders. · Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize among conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently. · Ability to adapt, be flexible and responsive to dynamic situations.
