Nasze wymagania: Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, software development, or data driven environments Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English, including: presenting complex topics clearly, managing expectations of senior stakeholders and customers Solid knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models) Practical experience or strong understanding of Agile project delivery Technical awareness and the ability to work effectively with development teams; knowledge of XML/SOAP, REST APIs, SQL is a strong asset Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working with structured text/data files High sense of responsibility, ownership, and teamwork mindset Strong awareness of information security, confidentiality, and data protection principles O projekcie: CRIF is an international company specializing in credit bureau and business information, outsourcing and processing services, and credit solutions. As a result of continuous growth, expansion of existing services, and development of new business lines, CRIF is strengthening its Project Management team. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end to end delivery of customer projects as well as internal product and system development initiatives. Zakres obowiązków: Your future challenges at CRIF: • Manage small to medium customer projects and internal product development projects end to end: from initiation through delivery to post go live phase • Take full ownership of project scope, timeline, risks and dependencies • Work directly with CRIF clients (business teams, IT teams) • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, both: o external (customer-facing documentation, project status updates, presentations), o internal (RFCs, solution descriptions, project governance documentation) • Coordinate cross-functional teams during the projects, including: o Product Development, o Management Consulting, o Customer Care, o Analytics, o other internal and external stakeholders • Actively manage change requests and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery • Apply project management best practices, including Agile and hybrid approaches, adjusting methodology to project needs • Support continuous improvement of project management standards and processes within the organization • Ensure compliance with data security and data protection requirements throughout project lifecycle Oferujemy: Interesting business domain Work in international company with several business units in Europe, Asia and America A stable job in a fast-growing environment Benefit package (private medical care, multisport, meal/restaurants discounts etc.) /for contract of employment Trainings & online conference package Language classes (English) Smart-working model
