Excellent preparation and presentation skills with a focus on a clear narrative and attention to detail. Please indicate which slot (or slots) suits you best: 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm, 4pm-midnight. The Project Manager takes accountability for successful delivery of projects for Acxiom’s clients, completing projects within determined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. They plan, execute and track client facing projects across Acxiom’s Services. Projects can range from highly complex and large strategic solutions or transformations to smaller consulting or CR engagements. Projects can include delivering with only Services resources, or include wider resources across Acxiom, IPG our partners or clients. Zakres obowiązków: Initiating: Works closely with the pre-sales team that sold the project to capture clearly scope, assumptions, external and internal dependencies, risks, issues of the project. Builds trust with key stakeholders. Leads the assembly of the project team, the implementation of a project org chart and RACI. Planning: Defines, organizes and plans project schedules to meet required project/program time frames. Executing: Comfortable concurrently managing more than one moderately complex, multiple phased projects with cross-functional. Monitoring/Controlling: Captures, monitors and escalates risks including planning, analysis, response and control on a scheduled basis across all phases of projects/programs.
