Wymagania: - Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. - Experience in IT, data, or analytics project environments. - Solid understanding of project management fundamentals. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Fluent communication skills in English and Polish. - Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month. - Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon. - Experience with agile delivery methods. - Experience in international project setups. Zakres obowiązków: - In this role, you focus on the operational execution of Data & Analytics projects. You support senior project managers and ensure efficient coordination of teams, tasks, and deliverables in an international delivery setup. - Manage work packages, sprints, and milestones. - Maintain project plans, backlogs, and status reporting. - Coordinate distributed and nearshore delivery teams. - Support capacity, budget, and timeline planning. - Prepare steering committee and management materials.
