Project Manager

O projekcie: EVERSIS is a technology company with a well-established position in the Polish IT services market, specializing both in custom software development and projects delivered for the telecommunications and financial sectors. In the telco sector, we support clients in implementing and integrating communication, contact center, analytics, and customer interaction management systems used by banks, financial institutions, and large enterprises. Our portfolio includes projects delivered for organizations such as the European Space Agency, Airbus Defence and Space, the National Bank of Poland, and T-Mobile. Right now, we’re looking for a Project Manager who understands that successful delivery is not just about tracking timelines and status updates — it’s about managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets, and business expectations in environments where scale and complexity actually matter. If you’re looking for a smaller organization where your voice actually counts, ownership is real, and the projects you lead have genuine business impact - we should probably talk :) Wymagania: We’re looking for someone who: - has at least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects within banking or financial services, including hands-on: - budget management - schedule management - risk management - understands the realities of working with large enterprise clients, complex structures, and multiple stakeholders- is highly proficient with: - JIRA / Confluence / MS Excel - scheduling tools (MS Project / MS Planner or similar) - is strongly delivery-oriented: scope + time + budget (and knows how to keep them under control)- can navigate stakeholder-heavy environments and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams- understands the importance of transparency, reporting, governance, and predictability in large-scale projects - holds a project management certification in: - traditional methodologies (PMP / PRINCE2 / IPMA) or agile (e.g., AgilePM) - communicates fluently in English (spoken and written) - is open to working in a small organization (non-corporate environment) where your voice actually matters We’ll also appreciate if you: - can manage a team and solve problems efficiently - know what truly matters for the client and can translate business needs into effective delivery- are well organized and analytical - are concrete, goal-oriented, and focused on outcomes- understand the business perspective and think in terms of processes, dependencies, and operational impact- can identify risks and escalation points early, before they become real issues - see the value of reporting and project transparency Codzienne zadania: - actively monitor project implementation to ensure all commitments are met and respond to unexpected situations - manage the project schedule, costs, and scope - allocate resources effectively - lead the project team in defining scope, objectives, detailed plans, and quality metrics - identify and mitigate risks - build and maintain strong relationships with clients - resolve emerging issues and remove blockers - ensure customer and team satisfaction - prepare reports (internal and client-facing) - liaise closely with team leaders and management
