Project Manager

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Project Manager – IBM Mainframe (IAM) Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate defined project tracks with full end-to-end ownership of deliverables • Facilitate collaboration between SMEs, technical teams, and business units to ensure IAM compliance and alignment with central controls • Drive the implementation of the project within the IBM Mainframe onboarding scope • Identify, manage, and communicate risks, dependencies, and issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle • Provide clear status tracking and transparent reporting to the overall Project Manager • Support the optimization and improvement of existing processes to accelerate delivery and enhance governance   Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or regulated enterprise environments • Proven ability to work in hybrid delivery models combining waterfall and agile approaches • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams • Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges • Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and system interdependencies • Experience in Identity & Access Management, access governance, or related risk/compliance initiatives is highly valued • Very good command of English (oral and written) Nice to have: • Knowledge of IBM Mainframe environments is considered an advantage • Exposure to Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
