Model: remoteEmployment type: full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly organized individual to provide an operational backbone for a 50-person Compliance organizational unit to design workflows, tracking objectives, and ensuring that the unit's growth and targets are met with data-driven precision. Responsibilities: • Management of highly complex international projects • Organizing and supervising the work carried out by the project team, assigning tasks, and monitoring their execution • Developing project plans and schedules, tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting • Cooperation with the client, ensuring project quality and client satisfaction • Ensuring proper flow of documentation and information within the team • Preparing project documentation Requirements: • Experience in process structuring (Senior PMO / Scrum Master): Minimum 3 years of experience in building effective operational frameworks for IT or Compliance teams • Experience in change management and communication (Organizational Change Management) • Proficiency in Smartsheet / Excel / BI tools • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies • Strong focus on understanding business needs and effectively supporting their implementation • Very good command of English • Experience working in an international environment • Very good organizational and coordination skills • Ability to build relationships at different levels of the organization • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes We offer: • Remote work model • B2B contract • Benefits package, • Daily support from team leaders, • Dedicated certification budget, • Integration trips/events.
