Wymagania:
- PMI certification (CAPM or preferably PMP)- Strong experience in Waterfall and Agile project delivery- Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects- Proven experience in IT transformation and integration initiatives- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills- Knowledge of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains- Familiarity with Firewall (FW) and Proxy environments- Understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Database Activity Monitoring solutions- Exposure to Endpoint Protection and Security Monitoring platforms- Practical knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Security Baselines- Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Network Security- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Architecture- Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Codzienne zadania:
- Initiate, plan, and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains
- Own the full project lifecycle, including scope, planning, budget, risk, and stakeholder management
- Deliver projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies based on project needs
- Apply Waterfall governance practices, including project phases, documentation, change control, and governance
- Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business, and security areas
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
- Provide project reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders
