Project Manager (Commercial Migration)

O projekcie: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a commercial migration for one of our clients. You will be the driving the transition ensuring that every phase is specified, tracked, and executed without disrupting business continuity. We offer:  - Fully remote position - Professional training programs – including Udemy and other development plans Wymagania: - Experience: 8–10 years of project management experience, with 5 years leading commercial or enterprise-level migrations - Agile Mastery: Very good knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira; experience managing high-velocity delivery cycles. - Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to navigate complex corporate hierarchies and influence "Commercial Leads" to align on transition timelines. - Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III) is preferred. - Language: Professional English (B2-C1) is mandatory for international stakeholder coordination. Codzienne zadania: - Migration Roadmap: Define and own the end-to-end commercial migration plan, specifying every technical and operational requirement involved. - Stakeholder Orchestration: Partner closely with Commercial Leads to determine transition windows and mitigate risks to client-facing operations. - Progress Tracking: Maintain project health metrics, ensuring all work streams are hitting milestones on time and within scope. - Transition Strategy: Work with legal and commercial teams to determine "what can transition when," optimizing for speed and compliance.
