Role Overview: Project Manager required to lead a CRM initiative, likely involving a ServiceNow (SNOW) implementation. This is an early-stage project with evolving scope, requiring a PM who can bring structure, define a roadmap, and drive delivery in a developing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Bring structure to an early-stage / evolving initiative • Support development of a feature roadmap in collaboration with IT • Lead planning and subsequent implementation phases • Align delivery with Contact Centre tender requirements • Establish governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement structures • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies Core Skills & Experience: • Experience delivering CRM or ServiceNow implementations • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments • Excellent stakeholder management and communication • Proven experience building structure from limited initial inputs Qualifications: • PMP and/or PRINCE2 certified
