Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong Data Engineering background to lead customer onboarding, manage end to end program delivery, and ensure robust governance across multiple datafocused initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in data engineering concepts along with strong stakeholder management, project reporting, and execution oversight. This is a nearshore role working closely with UK-based client teams, with a preference for candidates who can overlap significantly with UK working hours. Occasional travel to London (if needed) for planning or key client ceremonies Wymagania: Must have - 8–12 years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably in data engineering or data platform projects. - Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, cloud data platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), data modeling, and engineering workflows. - Experience working with UK/European clients in a nearshore or hybrid delivery model. - Proven track record in customer onboarding, requirement gathering, and delivery governance. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, etc.). - Ability to prepare and present clear weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Good-to-Have - Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or cloud certifications (Azure/GCP/AWS). - Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Exposure to data products, analytics platforms, or migration programs. Codzienne zadania: - Program Management & Delivery - Lead and manage complex data engineering programs across multiple workstreams. - Own customer onboarding workflows including planning, requirement gathering, coordination, and technical alignment. - Drive end-to-end delivery governance—milestones, risks/issues, dependencies, and change requests. - Establish and maintain program dashboards, weekly reports, and executivelevel updates. - Ensure delivery timelines, quality, and SLAs are consistently met. - Stakeholder & Client Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for UK client stakeholders. - Conduct regular status meetings, steering committees, and program reviews. - Translate business needs into actionable plans for engineering teams. - Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Technical Oversight - Leverage data engineering experience to guide teams on architecture, pipelines, integrations, and data quality considerations. - Validate technical solutions during onboarding and execution. - Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility, effort estimation, and roadmap alignment. - Team Leadership & Coordination - Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions (nearshore/offshore). - Support resource planning, onboarding of new team members, and productivity tracking. - Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
