Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: We are looking for a Project Manager for our Swedish client, a leading company specializing in acquiring and servicing mass debt portfolios, as well as providing complementary debt management services. The organization is a vice-leader in investing in unsecured consumer debt portfolios and the only entity actively investing in secured performing receivables. We offer - Salary for work amounting to 30 000 - 33 500 PLN + VAT on B2B; - Hybrid working conditions; - Private healthcare, Multisport card and trainings. Please be advised that we will only contact selected candidates Wymagania: - 3+ years of professional experience in the debt collection / receivables management industry – mandatory, ensuring strong understanding of debt collection processes, operational workflows, and regulatory constraints specific to the industry; - Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Wroclaw and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; - Basic technical knowledge of IT architecture, enabling effective communication with technical teams and understanding dependencies within debt collection system landscapes; - Knowledge of graphical modeling notations (e.g., BPMN, UML), supporting visualization and documentation of debt collection processes and operational workflows; - Familiarity with financial and regulatory frameworks relevant to debt collection and financial services, including regulations such as DORA and NIS2; - Knowledge of ISO standards, supporting quality and governance alignment within regulated financial and debt collection environments; - Hands-on experience in projects related to debt collection or receivables management systems, ensuring strong domain-specific implementation awareness; - Experience in data migration projects involving debtor, receivables, or collection-related data, enabling structured handling of system transformation initiatives; - Experience working in distributed environments, ensuring effective coordination across remote or multi-location teams; - Experience in global corporate environments, enabling structured communication and governance alignment across collection operations and system stakeholders; - Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Prince2, or PMP, allowing flexible adaptation to different delivery models in debt collection transformation projects; - Strong organizational and planning skills, ensuring structured execution of projects related to collection processes or system implementations; - Experience in change and risk management, enabling proactive handling of project uncertainties, particularly in regulated debt collection environments. Codzienne zadania: - As a Project Manager you will be planning projects by defining objectives, scope, timelines, and key milestones, ensuring clarity of direction and alignment with business expectations from initiation to closure - You will be managing project scope, controlling what is included in the project and preventing uncontrolled scope changes that could impact timelines or budgets - You will be coordinating the project team, assigning tasks, supervising execution, and supporting team members to ensure smooth and efficient delivery - You will be managing the project budget, planning costs, monitoring expenditures, and reporting deviations to ensure financial transparency and control - You will be managing project risks, identifying potential threats, developing mitigation strategies, and continuously monitoring risk exposure throughout the lifecycle - You will be communicating with stakeholders, providing regular status updates, leading meetings, and ensuring transparency of progress, risks, and decisions - You will be collaborating with vendors and partners, supervising contractual execution, monitoring quality standards, and participating in negotiations when necessary - You will be managing change processes, assessing the impact of proposed changes and coordinating formal approval procedures in line with governance standards - You will be ensuring project quality, verifying alignment with requirements and organizing testing and acceptance processes - You will be monitoring progress against the schedule, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions where required - You will be managing project documentation, creating and maintaining plans, registers, protocols, and formal project records - You will be formally closing projects, summarizing results, preparing final documentation, and conducting lessons-learned analysis to support organizational improvement
