Project Manager – Digital Interactive (Adobe AEM) - Remote Poland /HX

Dear Consultant, We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Digital Interactive to lead large-scale digital experience and web platform initiatives. The role involves managing complex Agile deliveries and coordinating globally distributed teams working on Adobe AEM–based solutions, integrations, and QA. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role requiring strong Digital Experience Platform (DXP) knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills. Location: Poland (Fully Remote)Contract Type: Contract / B2B Start: ASAP Key Responsibilities • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into solution vision and high-level architecture • Lead design, implementation, and system integrations within large, complex Agile projects • Manage globally distributed teams (AEM developers, integration engineers, QA) • Drive delivery of Adobe AEM digital solutions using structured planning and execution • Provide thought leadership on Digital Experience Platforms and best use of Adobe AEM • Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile / hybrid) based on project needs • Take full accountability for end-to-end delivery, scope, timelines, and quality • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues at module and project level • Collaborate closely with program leadership and senior stakeholders Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience as a Project Manager in digital / interactive / web platforms • Proven delivery experience with Adobe AEM / Digital Experience Platforms • Background leading complex Agile projects or product engineering teams • Experience managing globally distributed delivery teams • Strong understanding of system integrations and digital architectures • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and client-facing skills • Solid knowledge of program and project management methodologies Nice to Have • Experience working with enterprise-scale digital transformation programs • Exposure to marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystems • Experience coordinating multiple vendors or system integrators
