O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure / Network Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT infrastructure initiatives across multiple teams and domains. This role focuses on delivering network and infrastructure projects in a distributed environment, working closely with engineering, security, and factory teams. You will play a key role in ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving delivery in a structured and predictable way. Wymagania: Experience - Proven experience as an IT / Technical Project Manager in infrastructure or network-focused environments - Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders - Experience coordinating work across multiple parallel initiatives or programmes - Experience working with teams of 10+ engineers or technical specialists Technical understanding - Good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts - Ability to work with network and security teams and understand the impact of technical changes - Experience working in environments involving infrastructure rollouts, network upgrades, or security initiatives Nice to have - Experience in manufacturing or factory environments - Exposure to security or OT (Operational Technology) domains - Certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) - Networking certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) Profile we’re looking for - Strong coordination and organisational skills - Comfortable working in complex, multi-team environments - Proactive, structured, and delivery-focused - Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives forward Codzienne zadania: - Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and network-related projects - Coordinate work across multiple teams, including network, security, and factory/operations teams - Manage dependencies across parallel projects and ensure alignment between different stakeholders and project streams - Work closely with technical teams to understand network and infrastructure changes and their impact on delivery - Ensure clear communication, planning, and execution across all involved teams - Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address potential delivery issues - Provide structured reporting and visibility across projects and stakeholders
