About the role We are looking for a Project Manager who will take ownership of delivering high-quality digital products for our enterprise clients. This role combines classic project management with a strong focus on communication, stakeholder alignment, and enabling engineering teams to do their best work. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end while working closely with developers, clients, and leadership. About you Must-have: • 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services, working in international environments • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) and concepts like T&M, Fixed Price, SLAs, Change Requests • Ability to manage projects holistically: scope, budget, timeline, risks • Excellent communication skills — absolutely key in this role • Strong analytical mindset — you like working with data, reports, and dashboards • High attention to detail and reliability — people trust you to deliver • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in client-facing situations • High adaptability and flexibility — comfortable working in a fast-changing, dynamic environment • Fast learner — able to quickly understand new domains, tools, and project contexts • Fluent English (C1) • Interest in AI and automation (AI-first mindset) • Active usage of AI tools to optimize daily work and project management processes Nice to have: • Experience working with enterprise clients • Experience with AI or process automation (e.g. using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or delivery processes) • Exposure to AI/LLM-based projects • Technical background or understanding of web development (React / Next.js)   What you will do • Manage projects end-to-end: from discovery to delivery • Plan scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Identify risks early and proactively address them • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted partner • Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams • Support engineers by removing blockers and enabling effective delivery • Lead and support Agile processes (Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, planning) • Create clear reports, summaries, and performance insights • Maintain accurate and structured project documentation • Collaborate with the Delivery team and contribute to improving internal processes • Leverage AI tools to streamline project workflows, reporting, and communication • Identify opportunities to automate internal processes and improve delivery efficiency using AI • Support adoption of AI-driven solutions within project and delivery processes What we offer • B2B contract: 60–80 PLN net + VAT / hour • 100% remote work (Poland-based) • 29 paid vacation days • Private medical care (fully covered) • Sports card (fully covered) • Work on impactful, modern projects for enterprise clients • High level of ownership and real influence on how projects are delivered • Opportunity to grow within a strong Delivery team and learn from experienced PMs   If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, adapts quickly to change, and enjoys working closely with people and technology — we’d love to talk. 🚀
