Project Manager (IT) – Dublin (Hybrid) (m/f/d)

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale projects in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are delivered within agreed constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of large-scale IT projects, collaborating with teams of 25+ members in a multi-vendor environment • Manage day-to-day project activities within agreed constraints and defined tolerances (scope, time, cost, quality) • Own full end-to-end project delivery from concept, definition and planning through execution, transition, and lessons learned • Ensure project outputs/products/services enable the benefits outlined in the Business Case • Track project progress, report status, and proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate and manage project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes Required Experience • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management or related delivery roles • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in a fast-paced environment Required Skills & Qualifications • Relevant third-level degree (e.g., Business, IT) or equivalent industry certification with strong professional experience • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (mandatory) • Microsoft Project certification • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities Location Dublin (Hybrid model: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
