Project Manager – Language Services 0.5 FTE

Warszawa-based opportunity for 0.5FTE with a remote work model. As a Mid-Level Translation Project Manager – Language Services, you will be working for our client, a leader in the language services industry dedicated to delivering high-quality localization and translation solutions. Your role will focus on managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong vendor relationships—contributing directly to the global reach of diverse brands and organizations. Your main responsibilities: • Manage multiple translation and localization projects simultaneously, from receipt of client feedback through to delivery • Liaise with clients to assess project parameters, clarify requirements, and negotiate deadlines effectively • Assess project scope to select suitable vendors, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with freelance and in-house vendors worldwide • Monitor project progress, anticipate potential issues, and proactively implement solutions • Accurately manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management within the Language Services industry • Bachelor's degree, preferably in linguistics, business, or scientific fields • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Sharp attention to detail to uphold high quality standards • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and exercise initiative • Demonstrated advanced IT skills, including working with TMS and CAT tools (experience with XTRF and/or memoQ is highly advantageous) • Capable of establishing effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools such as XTRF, memoQ Language Required for the role: • Fluent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.
