Project Manager - Product Migration

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Project Manager - Product Migration and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the data analytics area. Wymagania: - 8+ years of experience in Project Management in Software Delivery/IT environment - Cloud Migration Expertise: Direct experience managing migrations to cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and understanding the risks of platform decommissioning. - System Thinking: Ability to track progress across multiple interdependent technical workstreams using velocity tracking - Conflict Resolution: Expert at identifying and resolving "Tech vs. Product" bottlenecks—knowing what can be done vs. what should be done. - Language: Professional English (C1) is mandatory for international stakeholder coordination. Codzienne zadania: - Execution Leadership: Lead the end-to-end product migration, managing the scope and technical risks of moving products off legacy platforms. - Tech-Product Bridge: Work directly with Tech Teams to understand system capabilities and translate them into realistic transition plans for Commercial Leads. - Progress Visualization: Track the migration velocity, providing clear visibility into "what can be done with the systems" at each stage. - Conflict Resolution: Troubleshoot complex issues related to system constraints and product interdependencies.
