Project Manager (SharePoint Online Migration)

We offer that   Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a SharePoint Online (SPOL) migration within a structured, predominantly waterfall environment.   The client is in the utilities industry, and this role is a hybrid role in Dublin or Cork. This role requires strong governance, planning discipline, and the ability to coordinate across technical and business stakeholders to ensure delivery against defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.     Key Responsibilities:   • Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end SharePoint Online migration activities. • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies. • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders. • Establish and maintain strong project governance, including reporting and documentation. • Ensure adherence to agreed project methodologies, controls, and delivery frameworks. • Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes. • Facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organization.   Requirements:   • Intermediate Project Manager experience, with minimum 4+ years in a similar role • Proven track record delivering migration projects, ideally involving SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 • Strong grounding in formal project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall) • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies • Ability to effectively coordinate both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 environments • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) • Familiarity with SharePoint Online features and capabilities • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments     Opportunity type: Initial 6-month contract (with extension), Hybrid in Dublin/Cork Start date: ASAP
