Project Manager with German (Part-time)

O projekcie: We’re looking for a communicative and proactive Project Manager with fluent German skills (C1) to join our internal IT team and support smooth collaboration with our external partner. This role focuses on coordination, clarity, and keeping everyone aligned—no deep technical background required, but a natural familiarity with IT environments will help you thrive. If you enjoy organising information, facilitating conversations, and helping teams work better together, you’ll feel right at home. Wymagania: - Fluent German skills at least C1, - Initial experience as a Project Manager or in a similar coordination role, - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, - Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple conversations, - General IT awareness—you don’t need to be technical, but you should feel comfortable working in an IT setting, - IT experience is a plus, but not required, - English skills (B2), - Availability to work part-time, including at least 2 hours during our core hours (10:00–16:00). Codzienne zadania: - Act as the main communication bridge between our German-speaking IT team and our external Polish/English-speaking partner, - Coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and timelines, - Ensure information flows clearly and efficiently, - Support project documentation and meeting summaries, - Learn the basics of our technical environment (we’ll teach you—motivation matters more than experience).
