Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Bachelor Degree, preferably in management or a related field
Previous experience in managing projects is a plus
English proficiency at a minimum B1+ level, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written form;
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms;
Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through monitoring to closure;
Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall; certification is an advantage.
Zakres obowiązków:
1. Independently managing rather local projects across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement;
- Coordinating the work of the project team;
- Monitoring project progress and preparing status updates and reports;
- Managing project changes, risks, and dependencies on an ongoing basis;
2. Identifying improvement opportunities, proposing solutions, and preparing recommendations to support effective project and task delivery;
3. Building and maintaining effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including project team members, business partners, and external vendors;
4. Ensuring high quality of project documentation and adherence to established processes;
5. When required, taking on key project roles such as Product Owner, Release Manager, or Scrum Master, and collaborating effectively with individuals performing these roles;
