Project / Program Manager – Data Center Transition

Nasze wymagania: 8–12+ years in IT Project / Program Management Experience in infrastructure / datacenter / MSP transition programs Strong knowledge of ITIL processes Experience in multi-country / global delivery (EU/APAC preferred) Strong governance, risk, and vendor management skills Experience working with infrastructure service providers / integrators Mile widziane: ServiceNow / ITSM tools experience Knowledge of CMDB, IAM, PAM, DR, monitoring Cloud / hybrid infrastructure understanding Automation basics (Ansible / Terraform) O projekcie: We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to lead a large-scale data center service provider transition (MSP onboarding) across Europe and APAC. The role covers end-to-end coordination of infrastructure transition from incumbent providers to a new service provider, ensuring operational stability, governance, and compliance. Zakres obowiązków: End-to-end management of datacenter transition program (EU & APAC) Program governance (SteerCo, RAID, reporting, escalation management) Coordination of site readiness and infrastructure transition Service provider onboarding and knowledge transfer Validation of operational readiness (ITIL processes, DR, monitoring, access, CMDB) Risk, compliance, and audit management (incl.
