Project Team Lead (B2B)

We are looking for an experienced Project Team Lead (PTL) to drive delivery and coordination one of our teams with a multi-team project. The PTL ensures smooth execution across streams, aligns stakeholders, and enables the team to deliver high-quality outcomes in an agile environment. Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day delivery across the project team and ensure alignment of all workstreams • Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers • Act as central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and reporting • Drive quality of deliverables and ensure readiness for key milestones (e.g. PI objectives, releases) • Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams • Support backlog refinement and ensure clarity of requirements (in close alignment with PO/BA roles) Qualifications • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification • Strong experience in IT project delivery (ideally in complex, multi-stream environments) • Solid understanding of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and resolve issues • Good understanding of business analysis / requirements engineering • Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) About Riverland Reply Riverland Reply is specialized in consulting end-to-end customer-oriented solutions and strategies.
