Nasze wymagania:
Several years of experience in IT management, infrastructure, applications or IT operations.
Proven experience in leading technical teams, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user support and business systems.
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing IT projects and coordinating cross-functional activities.
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
Zakres obowiązków:
Lead, support and further develop the regional IT Hub team.
Ensure the efficient, reliable and consistent delivery of IT services across assigned European locations.
Drive the implementation of global IT standards, processes and best practices.
Coordinate regional IT projects and local technology initiatives.
Monitor IT infrastructure, system performance and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
Work closely with business leaders to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage cooperation with external IT vendors and service providers.
Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across the region.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection requirements and IT security standards.
