Join a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing and scaling enterprise platforms in a global environment. The program leverages cloud technologies and Agile delivery practices to build innovative, scalable solutions that support business growth and enhance customer experience across multiple markets. Your tasks • Coaching Agile Release Train participants in Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices, including Scrum Masters, Agile teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders • Building a strong one-team mindset and supporting effective communication across the ART • Improving and optimizing workflow throughout the Agile Release Train • Supporting Product Managers in preparing for PI Planning and ensuring readiness of vision, roadmap, and program backlog • Facilitating feature estimation and helping aggregate estimates for larger initiatives and epics • Driving PI Planning readiness through Continuous Exploration and supporting pre- and post-PI planning activities • Facilitating PI Planning events and ensuring productive collaboration across teams • Monitoring program flow and delivery metrics to support continuous improvement Requirements • At least 5 years of experience leading Agile teams or delivering at scale • Strong experience working within a SAFe environment • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks • Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in complex environments • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting PI Planning and large-scale Agile delivery processes • Ability to foster collaboration, remove obstacles, and drive continuous improvement • Professional communication skills and confidence working with both technical and business stakeholders • Very good communication skills in both English and Polish • Residing in Poland required Nice-to-have requirements • SAFe certifications • Certification such as PSM I or CSM I, combined with at least one SAFe certification • Advanced certifications, including PSM II or KMP II • Background as a Scrum Master with substantial Agile and SAFe experience
