Release Train Engineer SAFe with German

We are seeking a Certified SAFe RTE to lead and optimize an Agile Release Train (ART) for a strategic enterprise initiative. As the "Super Scrum Master," you will be the primary facilitator and coach, ensuring the seamless delivery of value by orchestrating complex workflows across multiple cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in scaling Lean-Agile practices, managing risks, and driving relentless improvement across the program. Key Responsibilities • ART Orchestration: Facilitate major ART events, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. • Value Stream Optimization: Manage and optimize the flow of value through the program using Kanban and other visualization tools. • Stakeholder Alignment: Assist with economic decision-making and ensure synchronization between Product Management, System Architecture, and Business Owners. • Coaching & Mentoring: Drive Agile maturity by coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders in Lean-Agile mindsets and SAFe frameworks. • Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify and resolve program-level bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies. Requirements • Certification: Must hold a current SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification. • Experience: Proven track record of leading at least one full Agile Release Train (ART) in a large-scale enterprise environment. • Leadership: Strong servant-leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority. • Communication: Excellent English and German, communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
