Remediation Execution Analyst (Project Tracking / PMO)

We are looking for a Remediation Execution Analyst to monitor remediation actions progress and coordinate teams within a large-scale project. This role focuses on tracking work progress, reporting, stakeholder collaboration and ensuring timely execution in an international environment. Responsibilities: • Monitor remediation activities progress across multiple teams • Collaborate with technical leaders and business stakeholders • Organize and lead regular status meetings • Collect and verify progress reports for multiple applications • Prepare management reports • Identify delays and risks, escalate issues as needed • Coordinate communication between teams • Maintain project and tracking documentation • Support dependency management between teams Requirements: • Experience in analyst, PMO or coordination role • Experience managing small projects or task portfolio • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability • Experience working with stakeholders • Excellent communication skills • Proficient in PowerPoint and basic Excel • Ability to monitor progress and report effectively • Good command of English Nice to have: • Knowledge of Jira • Experience with Kanban boards • Experience in IT or regulated project environment • Experience with risk/compliance/remediation projects What we offer: • Work on a large-scale and complex project • Collaboration with technical and business teams • Opportunity to grow in project coordination/PMO areas • International environment • Hybrid work model: 3 days/week from Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, or Gdynia office • B2B contract
