Risk Reduction Monitor - Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: Project Management experience from full lifecycle of development projects Pre-study, requirement management, development, testing and service transition experience Experience from Operational Risk management in first line Ability to identify, document and manage operational risks Experience with external risk reporting Knowledge of risk monitoring and quantifiable metrics Experience with Power BI solutions and data analytics Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Hybrid model: 2-3 days onsite per week Office locations: Gdynia, Gdansk or Warsaw Zakres obowiązków: Lead Risk Reduction Monitor project phase 4 and ensure delivery according to project objective, scope and timeline Enable monitoring of Risk Reduction in BCCM RRP through quantifiable metrics Extend current Power BI solution to enable long term sustained risk monitoring Manage project lifecycle from pre-study through requirement management, development, testing and service transition Identify, document and manage operational risks Support external risk reporting requirements Coordinate with stakeholders on risk monitoring and reporting Ensure project delivery meets compliance and regulatory requirements Oferujemy: • Life insurance • Private healthcare • MultiSport Card • Clear career path in a growing multinational organization
