Rollout Manager

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 3 days per week from the office)   Why choose this offer? • You can expect a flexible work organization • The international work environment will give you the opportunity to interact with the English language on a daily basis • Scandinavian organizational culture will provide you with work-life balance, you will gain time for additional training (financed by Jit) • The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings   Project The role focuses on supporting a cloud migration program, including defining rollout strategy across IT and business areas, executing rollout and release management, and ensuring service transition and operational readiness.   Responsibilities you'll have • Define rollout strategy for the cloud migration program (IT and Business) • Execute rollout and manage release activities • Manage service transition and ensure operational readiness • Perform risk assessment and manage risks • Plan and coordinate deployment activities   Expected competences and knowledge • Over 5 years of experience in IT project management and planning • Experience with application upgrade and data migration projects, including hands-on use of cutover planning tools • Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes under the ITIL framework • Understanding of technology solution architecture • Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Helix) • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Accountability, proactivity, and ability to adapt quickly to change • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Highly proficient spoken and written English • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during implementation events and go-lives Nice to have • Experience in banking / finance sectors   Technologies you'll work with • JIRA • Helix • ITIL processes   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
