Rollout Manager (banking)

Location: hybrid 2 days per week from Gdańsk or WarsawIndustry: banking Rate: 150 pln/h on b2b Summary: The Rollout Manager role involves overseeing the effective planning and execution of new releases and rollouts to their technology platforms, ensuring high-quality outcomes while complying with the organization's standards. Main Responsibilities: • Define the release and rollout strategy, governance model, and milestone plan. • Coordinate release and rollout teams in preparation for go-live. • Plan and coordinate change activities during rollout. • Lead business verification activities and release go-live activities. • Oversee production operations transition support for new solutions. • Lead decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for roll-out milestones. • Improve release quality and efficiency by implementing new techniques and automation. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or related fields. • 7+ years of IT project management and planning experience. • Excellent English communication skills. • Experience with application release and data migration projects. • Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management under the ITIL framework. • Understanding of technology solution architecture. • Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Helix). • Basic understanding of DevOps practices. Nice to Have: • Experience in the banking or finance sector.
